Example: EH needed help in several areas, but the first priority was a brand refresh. We put together a detailed plan for what brand elements needed to be created, as well as when and how to implement them for the most positive impact. She may choose to implement the plan and complete these projects herself, or with help.

• Each project will be estimated, and the cost approved by you before any work is started

• If a 50% deposit is required to begin, that will be included in your estimate

• Cost does not include a separate Detailed Plan (may be estimated and purchased separately)

• We will not print, launch, or publish anything without full approval and consent

Example: KT decided it was time to take his hobby to the next level. Based on his Quick Take, his first priorities were branding, business cards, a website, and social media setup and training. We created everything he needed and handed it off.

Example: NCD handles their marketing internally, but they needed a unique flyer designed for a special event. We provided high-resolution print-ready files for them to produce.

• We provide one-on-one training by appointment for specific tasks, projects, software, etc.

• Cost based on our hourly rate

• Training may be scheduled as a one-time session, multiple sessions, or on a recurring basis with a monthly budget

• We recommend purchasing a Detailed Plan prior to Training

• If you do not purchase a Detailed Plan, you will be asked to provide specifics on what you would like to learn at each session, and the training session may take longer at our hourly rate

• In some cases, documents, forms, checklists, and instructions may be provided, but are not guaranteed without a Detailed Plan; we suggest you also take notes or otherwise record your training sessions

• Recurring Training budgets may be terminated with a 30-day notice to avoid being charged for a month you’re not going to use
